I am so annoyed right now.  Trying to change email address and I can enter and it sends email to old address but all in code and a NO REPLY email so you cannot do anything about it.  i have a paid account but it says that I do not have an account that can get support.  What the heck does that mean?  I have to pay more to get help.  There has to be other resourses to get help.  Also I was only able to use Google before and now can only use Microsoft Edge and all the email for zoom meetings that I do or get are with Google.  You would think they would have it more together. ZOOM if you are checking these you need to get it together if you want people to do this.  We need someone smarter to develop a NEW zoom kind of site I would totally try it. I am paying monthly for something that does not offer support. WHY! Rant over for now

Added second license but immediately need to remove it

Hello. We added a license then my co-worker said they don't need the license anymore. Is there a way to downgrade but also get a refund for the second license?

Is it possible to upgrade to the Business plan for one month only (10 licenses) and then downgrade back to the Pro plan the next month?  Or is there another option to having more than one license for one month.  Thanks!

I have a zoom account which was set up in the UK and is used regularly via phone and laptop.However, I am now trying to access my account on a new laptop.

It keeps going to zoom.us (not sure if this is an issue as I am still logging in with the same credentials). But I cannot see my chat or contacts. It says I have no chats or contacts but I do.

Please help.

I am very disappointed in the company Zoom.

I feel anger, frustration, anger.

 

I have been charged for an annual subscription, without prior notice.

 

I haven't used Zoom for 5 months, I had forgotten.

 

I have requested a refund of the money and they have denied it.

 

To which federal instance and in what way can I submit this petition.

 

And that in the future companies like this have the duty to inform before charging.

Don't abuse consumers.

 

It is time for companies to assume social responsibility and a more humane treatment.

 

That prime respect, decency, honor!!!!
