Several of my members are having trouble logging into their zoom account. Why is this happening?

 There are many different ways to log into Zoom. As indicated in this support article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/8281190406925-Troubleshooting-sign-in-issues

 

Can you be more specific of the types of issues that your members are having so that we can pinpoint the issue and help to resolve them for you?

First of all it is several members not just one , so I believe something is wrong.

 

When the are trying to login it will not accept their password. Not login to the meeting but logging in to zoom

 

They have tried reinstalling the app, changing their password... Nothing is working
