I am very disappointed in the company Zoom.

I feel anger, frustration, anger.

 

I have been charged for an annual subscription, without prior notice.

 

I haven't used Zoom for 5 months, I had forgotten.

 

I have requested a refund of the money and they have denied it.

 

To which federal instance and in what way can I submit this petition.

 

And that in the future companies like this have the duty to inform before charging.

Don't abuse consumers.

 

It is time for companies to assume social responsibility and a more humane treatment.
