I have a problem with zoom, they have charged more than 20 dollars from my account but I still don't have zoom pro, I also agreed to a promo to pay 7.5 dollars for 4 months, but it deactivated after a few days, and now they charged me of 23.56 dollars in vain from my paypal account

I have purchased a premium zoom's plan yesterday and the payment has been succeeded. but until today i still cant use my account, it still has the basic account only and I cant seem to reach any contact supports that listed in the web. how can I solve this problem?

I have a Zoom account and I allowed other users access for a non profit that I was running. After I resigned, I believe the other users created a sub account in the name of the non profit under my main account. I had no idea and it's been like that for a year, or so I suspect.

Can anyone tell me how to find out more information about this arrangement? I did not know this was possible and would like some direction.
