Is there a way to get an invoice for a specific user in my zoom portal?

Hi @MIT the prerequisites for viewing your invoice history, you will need to be the Account owner or have admin privileges. If you need to change who your invoice is sent to, you can follow these instructions.
Account owners and administrators can update the billing contact information on the Zoom web portal. There are two billing contacts listed on accounts:
Note: The bill to and sold to contacts can be the same, and both contacts will receive payment and invoice notifications.
