Not thrilled that I had a meeting cut short, asking me to upgrade, even though my paid account is already upgraded until may 2023.
Why did this happen?

Hi @mm2020 do you have a monthly or annual subscription? Is the license still assigned? Just need a bit more clarification as to your Zoom plan, therefore, I can further assist you.

Secondly, you should have access to contact our Billing team, they can better explain and assess the situation as our Billing team does not monitor the community.
You can create a ticket at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new as that's the best possibility to get eyes on this internally.

I paid 5 days ago to upgrade my plan (40 Minute limit) and still not upgraded?

we are going on a month now without zoom reinstating our paid plan
