Hi @Daria2 have you assigned the license to your account? After purchasing new licenses from the Zoom Sales team or from the Billing page, you will need to assign them to users. Licenses can be assigned one at a time or in bulk. Licenses of the same type, such as Webinars and Large Meetings, do not compound or stack when multiple of the same type are assigned to a user.

With that being said, ensure you have Assigned your Zoom licenses, and let me know if that helps! If done correctly, you will see your license assigned to your Zoom profile within the web portal at https://zoom.us/profile under Account > Licenses
