I have a paid subscription to Zoom and somehow cannot get in to my account today.  It does not recognize my email address.   When I go to Support it asked for 10 digit Zoom meeting number (which I have) But, I do not have the 6 digit profile # and can't sign in to find it out....How do I proceed?

Quiero cancelar mi cuenta, pero la pagina de zoom no me lo permite, no esta activa la opción para cancelar.
Ya envie correo a la persona de zoom "Jonathan Burgos", el ejecutivo que me llamó para mi contratación del servicio, pero no responde.
Ya lenvante un ticket para que me cancelen el servicio.
Pero yo sigo viendo en la pagina que esta activo, y esta proximo a llegar la sig factura annual, NO quiero que se me cobre el servicio pero no me da la opcipon de cancela.

Alguien sabe que puedo hacer?, a quien puedo llamar? a donde me puedo dirigir?

What would be more economical or suitable for what I am after?

I have 2 users ( contractors) will will be needing to teach my students. One user will require zoom for a max of 4 hours a month the other user no more than 24 hours a year. 

I am not sure which route I take for the upgrade?

It would be helpful, from an administrator's standpoint, to be able to see what type of MFA a user account is setup to use when connecting to Zoom. This would allow the admin/support person to walk the user through the proper MFA procedure after resetting their MFA, if that was necessary. As it currently is, there is an indication that they have MFA setup, but not what type. This would also help if an organization wanted to standardize on what MFA type they wanted their staff to use.
