What needs to be done (what license is necessary) to allow for all users on an account to have unlimited time in their meetings?

I'm writing this to report an issue related to Zoom recording. Currently, I'm using a free Zoom account and I'm facing difficulty accessing my recorded Zoom sessions in the Zoom Cloud due to the limitation of my account. Hence, I'm seeking your assistance in resolving this issue.
 
I would like to know if upgrading to a licensed account and adding the Zoom Cloud feature would allow me to access my earlier recorded videos from the free account. Your guidance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Moved Countries (Australia to Uk)

The only option I have is to totally close/cancel/delete my Zoom account - can anyone suggest how I do this?  I've gone into my profile but the terminate account function is no visible!

 

I'm unable to access my password & unable to do tech upgrades, however without this info, Zoom is still signing me into my Australian account!... which isn't allowing any functionality.

 

All I need is a UK account and then sign up to Pro, but there are clearly problems in the back end.

I'm not able to call Zoom and the Chat function is totally confused with my issue.

 

What and how do I communicate with Zoom about this problem?

Problems with Payment

Деньги снимаются и уходят непонятно куда уже несколько месяцев. Как это отменить и вернуть деньги? 
За что и куда плачу? При этом когда нужна была услуга она не подключилась, о чём писали в поддержку, но деньги снимаются теперь ежемесячно. Мало того что подвели сняв деньги не предоставили в нужное время услугу и пришлось решать через другой сервис. Так ещё и деньги уходят в никуда ежемесячно. Отменить не возможно потому что ничего не подключено к аккаунту. На письма поддержка отвечает "Ваша заявка закрыта" без пояснений и деньги продолжают списываться. Сколько можно воровать?

Hi, i'm from Indonesia.

 

I use dedicated internet with static IP public. One time I access zoom.us, it takes a very long time to load. I ping zoom.us, no problem. After I investigated, it turned out that this was caused by the web zoom.us using css on a subdomain, namely one of them: https://st2.zoom.us/static/6.3.12953/css/home-v2.min.css

 

When I open the URLhttps://st2.zoom.us/static/6.3.12953/css/home-v2.min.css, it doesn't open either. It means that my guess is correct because access to .css is blocked. After I traceroute, it turns out that when I entered the zoom server IP it ran timed out.

 

The solution from our ISP is to change my connection's public ip. But after 2 weeks later this incident happened again. And this is the third time I have changed the public ip.

 

From the ISP, they don't know the cause of the blocking of the public IP that I'm using. So, maybe from zoom team can telling me so my ip public dont blocked again.
