Does anyone have a number/contact for Zoom Customer Care -- trying to request billing processing

Hello All,

 

Does anyone know of a number to talk to a Zoom representative regarding some special handling for billing and renewal? I believe we have an "account representative" associated with our account but the only email I can get from them is the support@zendesk contact.

 

There must be a way to speak to someone at Zoom regarding a non-standard situation. Does anyone have such contact information?

Having a phone number doesn't guarantee you'll get to talk with anyone.  While giving that a try, I'd go with my standard billing answer here:
