Hi 

 

I have a separate paid account (***********) which we are unable to access because we no longer have access to the email associated with it for the OTP. We would like to update the email address to a new email for that account but we are unable to login to the account to raise a support ticket due to the OTP being sent to the old account. 

Can you advise how i can rectify the issue as there is no way of raising a support ticket without logging in first.

 

Any ideas?

What to do if cancellation is not possible

Problems with Homepage

Hi all

 

When I log in to my account, I cannot click on anything : ie meetings - schedule a meeting ect.

 

There is a large Magnifying glass and search box in the middle of the screen which I have never seen before.

 

Please help if you can.

We have had a couple of incidents where a colleague fell ill during a Zoom call and needed medical assistance.  Is there a way to add a button for reporting these instances to an internal security/safety/hr team so they can locate the person and call for assistance?

 

I've looked around and don't see that as a capability, but I know it's a needed function and we can't be the only ones with this issue.
