charge on the credit card

I see a charge on the credit card from Zoom in April.
I did not renew my subscription as my subscription only needs to be renewed in October.
Also, I can't find an invoice for this transaction in the personal area. Please help

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
