Hi All,

i couldn't reach zoom email for now, seems they have changed the support email or turned it down

I don't know where can I get help.

I purchase Zoom one yesterday and the next invoice should be one month from now which is 11 July 23, 

but on my screen, it still shows that my next invoice is 18 June 23 which is 6 days from now.

 

I don't know how to fix this error and show this error since the support email is not available anymore 

 

could someone help me? thank you in advance

I Already upgrade account plan from basic to pro, but the fitur is still basic , what should i do to fixing this problem.

Cannot add user for licenses because domain were blocked

i just buy 4 licenses and going to assign the licenses to collagues. but when i put their email, it says domain were blocked.

Can't sign in to Account

Was on a Basic Package initially and then upgraded to the $149.00 Package.  Believe all my sign-in info reverts back to Basic Package!   Help please!  Customer Support will not deal with Basic Subscribers.

User account license assignment error

Zoom is trying to assign a license to a user, but the assignment is not applicable.
You will only see the message You have exceeded the license assignment limit for your account.
 
How can I solve this problem

Upgrade the billing from Euro to USD
