VAT number not accepted

Good morning,
our VAT number is not being accepted when we try to enter the billing information before making a purchase to upgrade from Basic to PREMIUM using a discount code link.
The VAT number can be found in the VIES database but Zoom says it is not valid, which is not true.
Could you please help us validate this? Thank you.
