Zoom non service

I dont think too many will argue that the level of service from Zoom is non existence.

What is the easiest way  to cancel the account and get the credit due for service not used.

I am potentially can get locked out of my account because I dont have access  to my current email address and Zoom does not accept the new email address.

Please advise
