Cant complete upgrade to Zoom Pro about Tax

Hello i m a Privatperson and i want to upgrade to Zoom Pro. They want a  ID for Tax. I don't have it because i have a small Business, its only me and to this budget we don't pay Tax in Germany and need a Id. How can i solve this problem ?

Can Chinese individuals purchase a zoom account?

can a Chinese buy a zoom account (like pro) and use it inside China?  i have heard that zoom will deactivate the zoom account if a Chinese is using it for meetings even if paid for it, can somebody help?

 

if can, pls tell me how to do it

Now, we needed more users to host meetings. So, we increased the user licenses by 2 more and placed the order. We waited for almost an hour to see the quantity increased so that we can assign them to users. However, it is still not updated. 

 

How long does it really take for the new user licenses to be made available to us?
