On January 15, 2024, I decided to cancel my monthly plan as the promotional period had ended, and I was contemplating switching to the annual plan. However, upon the expiration of my plan, I received a renewal message prompting me to renew. The message advertised a rate of USD 8 for each subscription period until cancellation. Enticed by what seemed like a favorable offer, I proceeded to renew, only to be charged USD 16. Immediately realizing the discrepancy, I cancelled the plan and engaged with support three times, each session lasting 90 minutes. Unfortunately, the support team disregarded the renewal message displayed on the Zoom platform and maintained the erroneous charge.

This experience was highly disappointing and reflects poorly on Zoom. I have decided to discontinue using Zoom after this incident. While they may retain the money, the reputational cost will likely surpass the financial loss.

Because I tried so many times, I can't even change the payment method
He also refuses to pay directly from my Visa card, and I used more than one Visa card, and the result is the same

Hi everyone,

 

This has been a major issue for us - How to delete CORP account user and transfer any of their already scheduled future meetings to a non-CORP paid account user. I am not even able to add "alternative host" to an existing meeting when the co-host has fully paid PRO account, only they're NOT on our CORP account

 

Can someone please assist? Support is not helpful though I have a ticket for a week

I Have Made Payment But My Plan Is Still Not Upgraded To Pro

Unable to login into my account

I am trying to login to my licensed zoom account. I am not receiving activation emails. (Yes, I have checked spam.) I have tried two different emails and neither have worked. I have then sent emails from my own computer to those addresses and no prob... Show more

I am trying to login to my licensed zoom account. I am not receiving activation emails. (Yes, I have checked spam.) I have tried two different emails and neither have worked. I have then sent emails from my own computer to those addresses and no problem. I have sent them from another computer and no problem. Still not coming through from Zoom though.  

 

I have reported the problem from my other account as I am not able to get any emails from zoom. But I am not sure if they would communicate with me back to the email I put in my ticket.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.
