Tech support is too busy to take my call - I need help setting up a meeting

when setting up Zoom meetings I now have to enter all the emails in the invitation bar by hand and not by copy and caste as I used to. Can someone give me guidance on how to avoid having to follow this laborious process?

cannot reach customer support by phone and auto-support is not helpful

I want to reduce the number of licenses on my Business account from 20 to 1. How do I do this? A happy customer is defined as someone who gets their questions answered quickly!
