Passcode Length

We have recently noticed that passcodes for meetings cannot be longer than nine characters. The documentation says system supports up to 99, we are not seeing that. Any passcode longer than 10 is invalid. Is anyone else experiencing the same behavior?

Relevant information:

• using web interface (zoom.us) as admin/owner.
• Happens in Chrome as well as Edge.
• same behavior in Zoom ver 5.14.6.
• No error code, it stops receiving/displaying input after tenth character.

Just found a similar limitation today - but 10 characters only.  Both using the Windows app and the web based "Edit Meeting". Weird!  I thought it might have been the PC I was on, but Zoom on my notebook PC has the same behaviour.

I've been using 12 character passcodes for the past 3 years (or more) and today I can't change a 12 character passcode to another 12 character one!! 

Even after upgrading to the latest app 5.17.11 (34827) the limitation is still there.

After much digging and then searching for "passcode" under "settings" I discovered that there are some limitations (now - when did they change?) some are configurable.

BUT the maximum passcode length (as per the drop-down box) is 10 characters.  Why only 10???
