Passcode Length

We have recently noticed that passcodes for meetings cannot be longer than nine characters. The documentation says system supports up to 99, we are not seeing that. Any passcode longer than 10 is invalid. Is anyone else experiencing the same behavior... Show more

We have recently noticed that passcodes for meetings cannot be longer than nine characters. The documentation says system supports up to 99, we are not seeing that. Any passcode longer than 10 is invalid. Is anyone else experiencing the same behavior?

 

Relevant information:

  • using web interface (zoom.us) as admin/owner.
  • Happens in Chrome as well as Edge.
  • same behavior in Zoom ver 5.14.6.
  • No error code, it stops receiving/displaying input after tenth character.
