I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with updating the email address associated with my Zoom account.

Unfortunately, I am unable to access my old email address and therefore cannot confirm the change of email address to my new preferred address.

Due to this issue, I am unable to proceed with the necessary steps to update my account details. I would greatly appreciate your prompt support in resolving this matter.

Please advise me on the steps I should take or any information you require from my end to facilitate this change.

We have a meeting ID that many peaople sign on to across the country that I'm the account administrator on. We do not want to lose the meeting ID if something happens to me. Is there a way to add another person to my account without paying additional so if something happens to me someone else can transfer account ownership and change payment methods to them?

Hi 👋,

 

I currently have a Zoom One Pro account and a Zoom Phone Plan.

I cancelled the Zoom Phone today. It was way too complicated to get set up, and no support was available for weeks to talk about it. The status on the Zoom Phone is sat on "Pending Cancellation" status.

 

Usually I would just sit and wait for this to be done, but I received an invite to join an Enterprise Account. It won't allow me to join and gives me the following error when I try...Unable to consolidate your account with [-----] because your account is a Zoom Phone account.

How can I fix the pending cancellation so I can accept the invite.

We are a nonprofit organisation using two licences.

I am unable to modify the user leader on our second licence. Therefore I have errased it .

Hello, I canceled my Zoom plan years ago and just found out that I am being billed.

 

The plan was under another employer account with an email address I no longer have access to / can't log into to request the refund.  In other words, I'm locked out from re-canceling a plan that I canceled years ago and can't cancel again, so I need direct customer service help.

 

What email address or telephone number or direct chat feature can I access for support to reconcile this issue?
