Paid bill but no services available

On the 3rd of May I received the confirmation that zoom account in payed. Why it is limited to a 40 minutes meeting and no webminar? What can I do as the chatbox does not help me and I cannot get to support team. is there an email or phone number?

How many accounts can be on "Pro one" ?

Hi, 

 I need availability to create 2 users. Seems that Plan "Pro" can allow it. My plan is "one pro" and paid for 1 year. How can I upgrade my plan and don't lose money left for next months?

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich würde ja gerne auf Pro aktualisieren, aber es funktioniert einfach nicht. Egal von welcher Stelle auf der Website ich einen Button drücke, der das bewerkstelligen soll, ich lande immer nur auf dem allgemeinen Bildschirm der Abo-Verwaltung. Ich hänge also in einer Schleife fest, obwohl ich gerne Zoom bezahlen würde.. Sehr schade.

Kennt jemand eine Lösung?

 

EDIT:

Habe schon verschiedene Browser auf verschiedenen Geräten ausprobiert, Cache gelöscht, etc. alles ohne Erfolg.

I recently created a new sub account for a subsidiary company of ours. We got already other sub account. On this new sub account I cant find the Tab "Meeting Connector". This Setting is missing. On the other Sub Accounts is it avaible. What can I do, that my Sub Account has access to our ON-Premise-System?

Hello, I've been trying to cancel my subscription for almost a month, but I keep getting an error message saying 'You cannot edit your current plan until your currency change request is complete'. On the other hand, in the Billing Management section there is an 'error in processing your currency change request' (even though I haven't made such a request). How can I resolve this issue?

I signed up for Zoom using Google SSO. The business email I used was hosted by Google workspace at the time and have now switched to a different provider. This means I can no longer sign in using Google SSO. The password reset option is not working (no email is triggered). I can't sign in to my Business account with a Pro license (I'm posting on this forum from my personal free account).

 

How can I remove my SSO login and switch to a password login?
