I paid for a Zoom One Pro subscription, but my account was downgraded to the Basic plan


Somebody Help me!! I believe there is a significant mistake, as I never requested the cancellation of my account this account was recently created by me to replace another corporate account at my work because the owner of the previous account was fired from the company.

I attempted to cancel the previous account , and I was notified that the cancellation status is effective until May 13, 2025. I have submitted a ticket requesting that this account be canceled immediately, as no subscription payments will be made for this account.

Can someone please help me recover my Zoom One Pro subscription, which has already been paid for? I submitted a ticket with this request, but there is not response immediately, I need to ensure that I won't have any issues with the upcoming committee meeting I have planned for next Thursday.
