New to the forum, not to Zoom...
I have a Pro license and as the payment method is filled in, the amount for the yearly subscription is charged automatically to my credit card.
The statement from the credit card comes about a month after the charge which means I only see this at that time. I then have to go to the history of my account to see the invoice...
My question: would it be possible to get a warning (e-mail preferably) when new invoice is available (and as soon as it is available)? This to make sure I can get the invoice immediately to go into the books...
I see on the forum it is possible to send messages for late payments so this should be possible as well?
