I want to give you money!  But not $160 per year. I know so many people that want a "family" plan, willing to pay to avoid the 40 minute free limit.  We don't need 100 people 30 hour Pro meetings.    Why not offer something for like 10 people,  for 4-5 hours, $49??

A colleague left the company and I (the admin of all accounts of our company) have to change the account of the former employee for a new employee .
I have made the change for the former colleague and she has confirmed the changelink email from Zoom! Nevertheless, the access for the new employee is not working! Why? Can somebody pls. help me...Zoom Support (chatbot) does not understand my request and my problem. So it can not be solved...

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to share a frustrating experience with Zoom in the hope that someone might have advice or that Zoom will finally take notice.Several months ago, we mistakenly purchased an annual Zoom webinar license for 10,000 participants, thinking we were only committing to one month. The cost is nearly CAD 10,000 per month. Realizing our mistake almost immediately, we contacted Zoom customer support to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, our requests for a refund have been consistently denied. Instead, Zoom insists we must pay for at least six months of this incredibly expensive subscription.Despite our efforts, including exchanging numerous emails and even involving our credit card company to block further charges, Zoom managed to withdraw another CAD 10,000 last month under a different name. This has been extremely stressful and financially draining.We're now seeking any possible solutions or advice from this community. Has anyone else faced a similar situation with Zoom or another company? How did you resolve it? Any tips on getting through to Zoom’s higher management or legal team would also be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your help!

I am extremely dissatisfied with what you guys are doing. We work with a big number of companies and I will never advise service that you provide and will be asking them not to work with people that are not professional and not client oriented. My message to your Trust and Safety team has been ignored 3 times, the only thing that they did is kept sending me same samples that they have without even understanding why I am trying to reach out to them and not trying to help me. I think that it’s a big shame having such resources and popularity in the market and providing such a poor service.

II have payed pro but still don't have an access pro. I used to try everything, Sign out, exit Zoom, and sign back in

I have an email from zoom that payment was processed and invoice pdf 

We hosted a speaker on Zoom this past Sunday and one of our attendees reached out afterward to let me know that when she initially tried to join the meeting there was a long delay and then she was asked to provide her credit card information (as if she were rerouted) in order to join the session (which we don't charge for). She did provide her credit card information and was billed $1.85 and the next day was charged $36 (and change). Her bank caught it and she closed her card. The vendor on the statement is EOFT-XYZ. It is very concerning to think our attendees could be scammed through a legitimate link we provide! I did an internet search for the vendor and nothing came up but I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
