ズーム社に、リクエストの所から質問をしたいのですが、

自分の電話番号も登録する事が出来ない状態です。自分の電話番号が登録されないと、リクエストから質問が出来ない状態なのですが、

他にズーム社で、質問する事が出来る所はないのでしょうか。それと、電話番号を登録する際、送られてきたズームコードに入力するとこ

迄、進んでもその先に進めません。

お手数ですが、何が良い方法はいるないのでしょうか。

I was making a new account for Zoom for an interview next week but I accidentally pressed educator thinking it was something else, and now I can't go back to fix it. I have sent a support ticket but am unsure what to fill in in terms of "request type" (though I assume it's technical support), "product", and "about". Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

Resolved! Warning: Empty Digital Signage content list

Is there any way to not have this warning appear in the Room Health Dashboard? Digital Signage is not enabled for this room so don't need this warning.

can I renew my pro account without the large meeting plan

I have a pro account and I tried getting the large meeting 500 plan. Now, I don't want to renew the large plan anymore.

 

Already cancelled the large plan today. How to request for another invoice reflecting just the pro at 15.99?
