We have a megaevent tomorrow and outstanding payment message started showing from the evening. We paid on Aug 29, and apparently it got refunded on Sept 1 (no message received). We saw the message today on dashboard so we paid again using a different credit card this afternoon, the contradictory messages are still showing. Please help ASAP because event is 9 am IST tomorrow.

Hi,
I have integrated Zoom API via JWT App on my website.
I have purchased 10 licenses, with one main owner.
Currently, only the main owner can view the upcoming/previous meeting history on the zoom dashboard and none of the other license members are able to see anything on the zoom dashboard.

So in the web application, when I create a new session, I always have to select the min owner first and then do an alternate host to select the other members, after which they can start the meeting.

Why isn't zoom recognizing the other licensed members as hosts/owners and why aren't they able to create the meetings directly or view the upcoming meetings.
Currently, every new meeting created considers the main owner as the host.

Please suggest

I never established a password for my Zoom room. I signed in with Facebook. When I tried to do that today, it didn't work, probably because earlier this week my FB acct was hacked and I had to change passwords and email. I had a meeting so quickly established another account with unlimited minutes per call. Now I have 2 accounts and only need one. I have videos saved on original account. I am getting no help with the articles, chat, etc. Is there a phone number?? I've already paid for a year. And I doubt that the other billing (monthly) will stop. Appreciate any help.  ***********

Do we each have to buy our own individual licenses for $149 if we are a part of one company? The subscription, which says it is for 1-9 licenses, still requires a payment for each license. When we go to checkout, it asks for how many people are a part of the company. If we choose the 2-10 option, can more people at my company use that license? Or does each person need to pay for their own?  If so, why is this question even asked? I am incredibly disheartened that as teachers who are working with students online, we are set back even further with now having to pay a high fee for the same amount of usage we were getting before.  I am very disappointed.
