Is it possible to cancel the auto-renewal subscription after the termination period (when it has already been prolongrated) und will the annual payment be refunded in this case? And why Zoom doesn't notify their users in advance that the subscription will be automatically prolongated unless cancelled by the last day of the current subscription?

Hey @valeri27 I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here.
