I purchased an annual Zoom Pro subscription last December 19, 2024 and last April 15, 2025 I tried to update my plan to add 2 users and transfer license. I received a a credit balance adjustment invoice which I think was because they cancelled my initial subscription so I purchased another annual subscription on April 19, 2025. When I was purchasing, it shows $0 to pay so I believed that the credit balance will be deducted in the next subscription to purchase. But today, April 22, 2025, I was deducted the full amount of $267.36 for the Zoom Pro annual subscription again. I would just like to ask what happened to the credit balance adjustment invoice that I received? I was told by the chatbot that I cannot actually received a refund if the subscription was cancelled and that the initial subscription is still ongoing. I did not even cancel my initial subscription but then I received the credit adjustment. And now, it looks like I have 2 Zoom Pro subscriptions.

Por favor, eu não quero a assinatura anual e sim somente a assinatura mensal e peço que façam o reembolso de US$ 159,90 em minha fatura de cartão de crédito, eu não posso pagar esse valor alto.

Hello,
I purchased a one-year Zoom subscription in 2024 and used it briefly.
However, I stopped using the service after my business failed.

A few days ago, I received an email stating that my one-year subscription had been renewed, but the payment could not be processed by my card.
I have since requested to cancel the subscription, but the payment request has not been withdrawn.

Could you please cancel this one-year subscription?
Alternatively, could you change it to a one-month subscription, so that I can pay for just this month and then close my account?

Please get back to me.

I have an upcoming meeting and was receiving registration. I paused my subscription for a few days and then renewed my Pro, only to lose all the registration details. There is no tab and no options anywhere to retrieve the details of all who registered, and the link no longer works. Even though I am on Pro, I have also been informed that I cannot access support. Ridiculous. How do I retrieve lost details, please?

I have identified an account being utilized to defraud or scam individuals. I have a basic account that I made to interact with the scammers, and there is no way for me to speak with a representative of zoom via email, chat or phone, and there is no option for me to report the account. I am seeking support from Zoom staff to identify how to remove this account.  The account is masquerading as a legitimate non-profit organization who I have contacted directly and ensured this account was not them.
