Habíamos contratado plan Pro.

Intentamos ingresar en cuenta Zoom pero nos piden verificar identidad enviando código a esa cuenta email inhablitada.

No tenemos manera de acceder a nuestra cuenta Zoom pero SEGUIMOS PAGANDO POR UN SERVICIO QUE NO NOS PRESTAN.

Tampoco nos dan respuesta en servicio SOPORTE. Todo horrible teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un servicio PRO de Business.

I would like to know if the admin account for Zoom, the one that controls all the other accounts, can see a global schedule for all the zoom IDs that are in use of will be in use for a given time period. We have a lot of staff and faculty using Zoom meetings. From time-to-time meetings cannot be scheduled because someone will be using the required ID. Is there a way to see who's using a particular ID for a given time period or a given day? I'm thinking now in terms of being able to view some type of global calendar that shows the scheduling for all the IDs.

I have Pro plan, for Oauth when I'm trying to access certain api, am getting an error "Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [billing_plan:read:admin]". When i came to my developer account->App->Scope->billing, there is only one option "billing_plan:master". 

How can i change the scope now. This type of issue also arise in other multiple api also.

I have made an error and somehow have lost both the Zoom entry in my two factor authenticator app, and the recovery code.

Being a Basic user, I am unable to send a support ticket for anything other than billing. 

I have created another account in order to post this message, because I cannot log into my main Zoom account on any device.

If it is please possible for a moderator or other Zoom person to DM me to help, I'd be ever so grateful.

Resolved! Is the Owner user of a Pro Account required to have a license?

We have an account of 3 users, and we're thinking of purchasing a Pro license. Is it possible for the Owner of the account to have a basic license, and one of the other members a meeting license?
