Zoom Customer support is absolutely useless

I have been trying for over a month now to resolve a ridiculous overage charge that we incurred, and all the support we've received has been useless.

We've now gone through four different people, and I've wasted hours on this. Today, I received another overage charge, even though your entirely incompetent team hasn't helped us with the previous charge.


We've been using Zoom for years now, and this is simply not good enough.


You can't just go ahead and charge people hundreds of dollars without warning or any explanation. It's not acceptable.

 

Who can fix this issue for me?

I pay over 1.2k per month. Still not able to contact support.

The "AI" phone can't seem to find my account.
How is live support not affordable for them?
