We are getting error after waiting for response from paypal "Unable to pay for this registration Please check your account balance and try again" 

We talked to sales/support but they were not able to provide proper resolution.

 

We created business account but still same error, and we tried 4 different paypal accounts to pay for webinar but still same error.

 

Please help.

I haven't used my zoom account in a while..when I attempt to sign on I get that the ID is invalid...I tried calling technical support..and entered the personal meeting ID and host key from my profile page and was told there was no account found..what... Show more

Can´t assign license - got Educational license but don´t allow license

 

 

Got message that we have 20 license available.  On the other hand it does not allow to assign it say, there is no license available.

 

I do not if it the right place.  But we can´t not get help.

I am facing a problem due to my zoom one Pro subscription not being activated and account shows basic, I have done the payment on 19th December and it is still showing the same , I have also raised a complaint with zoom support for which I am not getting any reply, kindly help me sort this out as I use zoom for my online courses and I am really finding things difficult to handle

I have a similar problem....  But in a bizarre fashion. 

I cannot sign-in to Zoom. Last time I did sign-in, I got a message; it said that I needed to set this up on my desktop Mac. I thought the request was from on e of those groups; turns out it was not
The request was from ZOOM.US
So I got my cell phone and used the Camera to scan the QR code on screen.
But I didn’t have a 2FA app tied into it.
Yet somehow two factor authorization is set up, oddly.

The request to set up 2FA came from Zoom; not from any admin’s of the handful of groups I Zoom with.

As I read the “Help Documents” it refers to an Admin to reset a user’s 2FA; an admin I am not; I do have admin rights complete on my desktop and cellphone. SO……

How can I get ZOOM to reset my 2FA
so I can start over again and set it up properly?
I did receive those 10 recovery codes; I’ve used 3 now, trying to get things corrected.
I have now installed a Google 2FA app on my iPhone

Hello.  I'm hoping to connect with someone who's successfully reached Australian-based Zoom support for billing issues. Despite multiple attempts, I've had no luck getting a response to my queries. Here's my dilemma: I purchased a monthly Pro subscription from Zoom two months ago, but it's not functioning as expected — my meetings are still capped at 40 minutes, just like the free version. Oddly, the subscription isn't listed in my account, making it impossible to cancel it directly. Yet, the subscription fee is being regularly deducted from my account. I can’t call due to my account type.  If anyone has navigated similar issues or has any advice on how to effectively reach Zoom's Australian support team, I'd greatly appreciate your insights. Thanks so much for your help.

Hello, I saw that my annual subscription was extended, with a different cost than what I had the first time. It doesn't seem normal to me to be sent an invoice with a different cost compared to the first one, it seems more normal to be asked before if I want to continue a subscription with a different cost, not to be sent the invoice with the updated cost directly . If the subscription had cost $1,000, would you have sent an invoice for $1,000 without asking me?
