How to be an Administrator on my account?

I have a Basic account and want to add a viral backgroud, but I am not able to adjust the video.  I believe it may be that I am not an administrator on my account, but I am the only person on my account.  Please advise.

I don't have a basic account to test, but you should be able to navigate to zoom.us/profile/setting -> In Meeting (Advanced) -> Virtual Background -> Manage Virtual Backgrounds.
