New VAT number in Belgium

Hello, I'm trying to enter my new VAT number. But Belgium has just changed the structure from BE 0 xxx xxx xxx to BE 1 xxx xxx xxx. Many systems have not adapted (probably with automatic structure verification systems). As a result, my "new structure" Belgian VAT number is not accepted. It's indicated as "invalid", even though it's correct and intra-community (I use it elsewhere without any problems, but several companies are also blocked by this change).

 

Can you help? I can't reach Zoom for this problem. The automated chat doesn't understand anything. How can I get a real person to explain the problem (which doesn't just concern me!)?

I do have the same problem! Cannot upgrade to a Pro version...
