I've got a client who's email address was an alias that got removed accidentally. Unfortunately it was not caught before zoom tried sending an OTP code and I believe their email address is now bouncelisted.

Is there anyway to contact support for basic unlicensed user to get removed from the bounce list?

I have a paid subscription with Zoom. I used my old office email to create the account. Now, I want to cancel the subscription. I can’t log in to my account since a verification code is required to log in. The verification code is sent to my old email address which I can longer access. I have been paying Zoom for more than a year now and I can’t even use the benefits of the subscription.

Hello,  I received a message/notice about a change coming in June or July, and that I think one needs to register for the webinar.

- I cannot locate the notice.

- I didn't understand the notice subject at all.  I don't know if it applies to me.

 

I have a very simple individual customer account only for one-on-one meetings by video, and occasionally used.  No other feature is used or needed.

Does someone know what the notice was?

You think it applies to me?

 

I find this whole Zoom website so difficult to find anything, or to get help.  I cannot call in for live help??  wow.

Please help me with this notice. I really appreciate it.

Hi,  I have Zoom Workplace Pro for occasional one-on-one meetings for 4-5 years. That's it.  Just me. Not a company.

I use Zoom with Google browser.  Suddenly today (6/19/24) I cannot sign-in.  I enter user and password and then it just cycles on same page.  Doesn't go to next page or sign-in.   I don't receive any explanation or error code or anything to explain this.

I never use Bing browser but did now and it does allow me to sign in.  But I need to stay with Google browser.

Can you advise?

And I really prefer not to delete all my passwords to all saved sites.

 

By the way, there isn't a Board  or topic for this basic question and having difficulty posting this question as a result.  Why is this so difficult?

Ripped off and cut off by Zoom

I have managed a Zoom Business account with for years. I was asked if I wanted to update to a better version that included transcription. As we are therapists who tape our sessions, I agreed as that feature was helpful and I remeber being told it was only 25 dollars more per person. Since I trusted Zoom, I asked my colleagues, they agreed and (my mistake), I signed the contract without going over it carefully.  I was shocked by the bill and have been trying to deal with Zoom since then to let us go back to our original plan. No one needed or uses the phone or any feautures of the plan. All I have gotten back from customer care is telling me the "sustem" will not allow them to let me go back to the original plan. When I write back, I get a message the case is closed and I need to start all over. When they wanted me to upgrade, they were very available to talk to a person live. As I want to downgrade, they are not responsive or rude or lie to me. I am hoping someone has contact information of someone I can escalate this to as I feel like they deceived me. Without being able to downgrade, as I am footing the bill as no one is using the so-called perks, we will find another product in the future like doxyme but I prefer to work this out with Zoom before escalating this outside the company. Suggestions welcomed. Thanks

We are a small nonprofit that works with the elderly population. Unfortunately, we are in a difficult financial situation and would like to downgrade our plan so we can keep our organization afloat. But the Zoom Sales Team, who were extremely eager to work with us to create the contract, have now ignored our emails or tersely informed us that we can't do anything until our contract ends in 2025. We have offered to pay a penalty for downgrading during our contract but they have not budged. We feel like we have been trapped into a contract without any warning about the extreme cancellation policy. We are also shocked by the lack of customer service and the cold treatment by the company. Is there any way Zoom could work with us?
