Hello, first of all sorry for my English (I write from Italy)!

I have been paying Pro Plan until June. From July on, I've not been interested in Pro Plan any more: it is enough Base Plan for me.

My problem is that I left Pro Plan just quitting to pay.... and I keep receiving invitation to pay... I don't know how to stop receiving them, and how to "communicate" with the system my desire to stay in Base Plan.

I attach here a screenshot of my billing status.

Recent invoice indicates Yen Currency base.

I would choose US dollar yearly base contract from September 24.

Hi guys, 

got a huge problem coz I thought I was saving my videos, but didnt know I have exceed my storage limit. Is there any possibility to have them back? If I will buy bigger plan maybe? I really need last four days back...

Hi,  i have a problem similiar to RedDouglas but am unable to view the original solution given. I attempted to upgrade to a "Pro" account, which I need to make the service useful to me.  However the payment process hangs when I submit my credit/debit card information, stuck on "Please Wait" forever.

 

I've checked with my bank.  They see the authorization inquiry and confirm that the transaction is authorized, but the Zoom app never completes it. Thanks

I live in a third world country that is trying to limit currency flow. It does this by limiting the daily amount that can be spent internationally on a credit card, in this case $100.00 Us.

 

Can I pay for the pro account in two installments of 100 the first day, and 49.90 the second?

 

If so, how do I do this?

Upgraded to Pro but my service plan is still Basic

Hi! I paid for an upgrade from basic to pro...but my service still remains basic. How can this be corrected? Zoom has already charged my credit card but I'm not getting the service I paid for. Please help.
