Hi! I paid for an upgrade from basic to pro...but my service still remains basic. How can this be corrected? Zoom has already charged my credit card but I'm not getting the service I paid for. Please help.

In Zoom Admin, under User Management - Users, there is the option to edit each user.
In the User edit it is possible to choose "Licensed" instead of "Basic" which is what you are looking to do I believe:
