I recently deactivated several users in one of our accounts. Will I be billed for them still, since they are still in the system? or do I need to delete them in order to not be billed for the additional user?

I'm based in the UK and am retired, therefore I only use 'free' zoom calls for family chats;

In August I need to go onto zoom for over One hour, therefore I believe that I need to 'upgrade' to Pro ?, and start to pay a monthly subscription ?

Can I cancel this 'subscription' after One month please ?

Checking which subscriptions are active

Good day, need assistance how can I check who has active accounts in our company. Some staff have left and did not cancel their subscriptions. On the bank statement there is just numbers not who's account it is. Please help.

We are hosting paid monthly webinars and have one scheduled tomorrow.  Several registrants are complaining they are not receiving the confirmation with link, and upon investigation of one it was found that they entered an incorrect email address.  Is there a way for the account owner/presenter to revise that email address so a confirmation can be re-sent to the attendee?

I have recently added the Large Meetings add-on to my account for having a session with more than 500. While it is successfully done, my account still shows a limit of 100. Why is this so? In my billing tab, I can see that I have a large meetings add-on available, but in my profile the capacity is still 100...

Need to be sure if the normal meeting can accommodate more than 500 or will it cause a problem

We are an investment club consisting of 15 partners.  Our meetings rotate among partners' homes.  Can the club purchase one Pro license and have different partners host the meeting but use the same license for the club?

Resolved! Billing issue: Invoice for a free version

Hello!

 

I have changed my tariff to free version, however, I still get the emails with the invoice for the paid version ($17.99). I cannot pay the invoice since I am located in Russia. Could anyone help me with the billing issue?
