Sigin in email - no access to old account

Multiple IT changes at the same time mean I didn't have access to my old email account when trying to change my profile.  O365 would have bounced it.

 

O365 has now been updated and the eamil address will present as valid again (temporarily).

 

No success in getting a ticket to be responded to by a human and not a bot - how do I raise a ticket to get my account reset so the previous bounce is cleared and I can reset the email address?

 

@Bri it looks from other threads like you managed to help another use.

Dear Zoom Tech Support,

 

My Zoom account has been hacked. My main admin email is ***********, but last month or two months ago someone hacked my Zoom account and I'm having weird email users added, plus an attempt to upgrade my account to Zoom Business Class with 10 licenses, resulting in a monthly bill of $200 a month. I canceled that plan and downgraded to the single host plan for $150 a year. The rogue users are still there, so I want them gone and completely removed from my account, leaving only me as the sole owner of the account. May you please help me fix this account and refund me, Zoom Tech Support?

My subscription of zoom Pro started in May 2022.     Started with two accounts, one for owner(myself) and one being the attached account.   Both accounts have been used regularly and meetings held were able to go exceeding 2 hours.   However sometime starting from last week, the attached account could only hold the meeting for 40 minutes and it would be closed.    The owner account still works fine.   Nothing on my account setting or other options get changed.   Is there any problem or bug popping up as there seems to be a whole bunch of new feature popping up.   Quite a few users in this forum have been reporting this issue lately.     Please help check.

Companies I'm working with are sending me zoom meeting and limited to 40 minutes so every time we all need to re-join.

 

If I will buy a Pro plan for myself, and a basic user will invite me to Zoom meeting so there will be 40 minutes limit for all the participants?

 

And if i'm inviting people to my meeting, all users (basic+pro) will not have time limitation?

I would like to cancel my pro account and go back to basic subscription as I don't want to pay for the current period without the discount I got the year before.

I was only able to cancel the future period, which would start on July 31, 2023, but as the renewal date has passed, a message that there is a payment pending for the current period, which started on July 31, continues to appear. But I stopped using the service because I don't want to pay that full amount.

We are in the process of deploying Zoom Phone across the enterprise.  The company structure is that we have a main company with three business units.  When the person before me set everything up in Zoom, he created the three business units as sub accounts under the main company set as the master account.  This was done to keep billing separate so that each business unit could be charged appropriately.  Now that we're deploying Zoom Phone, I think this is going to limit what we can do.  We might want to have some integration among users in different business units such as being able to add them to call queues or shared line groups, or the ability for an auto-attendant to send a call to people in different business units.  From my experience so far, this does not seem to be possible if those users are in different sub-accounts.  When I configure a shared line group, for instance, the only option to add members is either those in the master account if that's what I'm managing.  If I'm managing a sub-account, only other users in that same sub-account are visible and able to be added.

 

I'm trying to get confirmation that this is a structural limitation of Zoom Phone and if it is, we need to be creating all of our users in the master account, it would seem, and figure out other ways to track licensing.  I want to get this configured properly as quickly as possible before we get even more users in sub-accounts that would need to be moved.
