Hola, quisiera saber como pedir el reembolso de una EXCESIVA CANTIDAD de dinero que me cobraron.

Al momento de realizar la renovación anual accidentalmente entre las mismas fallas de su página se puso en el pedido 10 veces la misma suscripción a la misma cuenta, estamos hablando de más de 2000 dólares!!!

Intentamos cancelarlo y por el contrario no sólo lo sobraron si no que además cancelaron la suscripción, como puede ser posible que tengan tan mal servicio.

Esto es por demás y necesito una respuesta. Estamos hablando una enorme cantidad de dinero y luego niegan el servicio.

Profile picture keeps reappearing and can not be deleted!

Every time I delete the profile picture, Zoom only temporary hides it. At the next login (I enter with Gmail ) it is there again. I would like Zoom to display only my initials without any profile picture, but that doesn't work.How can I prevent that? Show more

I am trying to cancel zoom webinar add-on Subscription and the Zoom is not allowing me to do so.

I have also raised a request - BIL0342352 & It seems no one is listening.

 

Whenever I try to cancel, I get this error - "You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions."

 

I have also screen recorded to help better understand the scenario.

One of the bills was automatically deducted from my card, the money meant for paying for yearly account subscription,
