Impossible to prolong subscription because it already was extended - ON A FUTURE DATE ???

Today is March 19, 2024 and my subscription is due for extension. It ends today.But in the admin window I am told that the the subscription already has been extended, tomorrow. Thus it is not possible for me to extend it and profit from the 30% vouch...
