Just a follow up question on the above. My organization is moving from Zoom to Teams and has since not renewed their Zoom License so the account is currently on a basic plan. If i disassociate my Zoom account from my organization and purchase the license myself will i still have access to the cloud recordings that were created on my account when my organization had been paying for the Pro?

У меня куплено 33 лицензий, каждый год  в августе идет продление. Сейчас у меня есть потребность докупить еще 10 лицензий. Подскажите как мне это сделать? 

В поле Тарифные планы и выставление счетов - Управление планами - Управление, не могу найти кнопку докупить лицензии, есть только изменить общее количество. Если я ставлю нужное мне количество , то сумма показывается вся за 43 лицензии. 

Как докупить 10 лицензии не оплачивая весь пакет 43 лицензии раньше времени.

I can't log into my real account. I made this account solely because I need to contact customer support to help me log in. I have the username and password to my real account. I don't have an authenticator app, nor do I have the recovery code. I reset my password to make sure I have the correct password, which I do, but I can't log into my account because I don't have a way of performing two-factor authentication. I need help resetting my two-factor authentication on my actual account.

How on earth do we get some level of support from zoom?

Our Account Manager is absolutely useless.

 

Asked for help with our account and he didnt respond for 10 days after a follow up or 2.

E.g. Sent the email on 19th March, and he finally responded on the 29th.

... and the response was useless and didnt help at all.

 

Sent another email on the 29th, and still havent had any response.

 

Zoom - do you expect your account managers (Paul Chang) to turn customers away? Because that is what he has done for us. Looking at other options ASAP.

 

Maybe this will get some response?

I have a few questions regarding sub-accounts.

 

1. Benefits: are there more benefits to sub-accounts than

  • admin of sub-account has admin rights 
  • Assign and re-assign available Zoom licenses 
  • Customize branding
  •  Create a Vanity URL

 

2. What admin rights does the admin of a sub-account have?

 

3. Will a vanity URL be created automatically once a sub-account is being created or will the admin of a sub-account still need to apply for a Vanity URL?  Will a vanity URL be created once the email address of the designated admin owner of the sub-account is being entered? 

 

4. If the admin of a sub-account is assigning a license, do the same instructions apply as described in this article? https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004976063-Assigning-a-License

But they end every call after 45 minutes and the chatbot are not giving me access to support as it is saying I am not a paying customer. The som phone number is not working from Norway. I have no idea on how to get this issue resolved.
