Hi,
I would like to upgrade my basic account to pro. I made the corresponding selections, after entering my billing address I cannot process further. Reason is that the form requires me to provide a tax number. However, I am a private person - no business, no tax number - and I also did not check the "This is a corporate adress" field.
Is there an error in the checkout form?
Any suggestions how to proceed?

I recommend deselecting: "This is business account".

It still doesn´t work for me. I want to upgrade as a private customer from Germany, checkout requires me to add a tax number even though the box "this is a business account" ist deselected. Anyone further suggestions? Can Zoom support help?

Yes of course Robert, The Zoom support portal can help you resolve more internally in your account through a ticket, this is the link:

You need to log in with your credentials to create the ticket.
