Hello, we are developping an environment with Zoom phone via Web proxy servers and we are unable to register on the Zoom Cloud.


I saw this recommendation from ZOOM: 

Due to the real time nature of Zoom Phone, web proxies may provide a sub-optimal experience to the end user. Also, in the case of Zoom Phone, all traffic is already encrypted so web proxies do not make it more secure. With this in mind, the best practice is to bypass web proxies when deploying and using Zoom Phone.

 

So, my question is, Is there any way to develop ZOOM phone via a proxy server?

Using Zoom Phone for Business Texting

Is it possible to port a landline phone number to Zoom without losing the ability to receive phone calls to that landline? I just want to be able have customers text my business, but still be able to call. Any advice on this? 

Dialing meeting ID duplicates first number entered

When dialing in from an android phone it is repeatedly duplicating the first number entered for the meeting ID. This is happening no matter what number is entered as the first number. Anyone know of a fix for this or come across this? 

Resolved! Upcoming Changes to SMS

My office (real estate brokerage) does not send text messages to our customers unless they text us first. And even then, it's just quick replies. No active texting campaigns. Am I still required to complete the "Campaign Registration"?

Resolved! Admin Limits on When You can Call

right now, I cannot make phone calls at certain times of the day, Zoom comes on and tells me they cannot connect the call, my administrator has limited that.... I'm the admin. I cannot find a way to turn this off. It's actually very frustrating.... I... Show more

right now, I cannot make phone calls at certain times of the day, Zoom comes on and tells me they cannot connect the call, my administrator has limited that.... I'm the admin. I cannot find a way to turn this off. It's actually very frustrating.... I see that my administrator has restricted calls from 8:30pm to 9:00 am - but I'm the admin and I can't change this.... Where do I go to change it?

We recently started to use Zoom Phone and some of my users are using it on their mobile devices as well as me.

The biggest problem is that if I'm on a regular call and someone is calling me on Zoom Phone, It doesn't put him on hold, it just calls in the background with the ringtone of Zoom Phone App as well!! I can't even shut it, I just have to mute my phone or reject the phone call which is so frustrating.. This is something so simple to implement, can you guys forward that to the devs?

Do not disturb

I have the zoom app on my phone. I would like to put to do not disturb on but it only lets me put it on certain hours and for only 24 hours how do I put it on for the whole weekend I hate zoom. I'm blocked all my notifications from my phone from zoom... Show more

I have the zoom app on my phone. I would like to put to do not disturb on but it only lets me put it on certain hours and for only 24 hours how do I put it on for the whole weekend I hate zoom. I'm blocked all my notifications from my phone from zoom and I still get phone calls My phone vibrates doesn't ring so annoying. Anyone else have any luck and how can I put a do not disturb on for the whole weekend or when I'm on vacation this is ridiculous.
