I have an Electronic Engineering degree, fan of technology that have been working for over 27 years in telecommunications; I started with traditional PBX back in the day where there was no public internet (or Switches and Routers for that matter) that saw an opportunity with the Internet Boom to jump learning Networking, and later on VoIP and IP-Telephony. I have been working the past 21 years with Routers and Switches (mostly Cisco), gain some expertise on Cisco IP Telephony, Gateways, Session Border Controllers, Contact Center Solutions, later on their Videoconferencing solutions, and other related technologies.I guess all that experience prepared me to quickly become proficient in most of Zoom Cloud Solutions: Phone, Meetings/Webinars, Contact Center, and others, making me appreciate how "easy" and "efficient" the good job they are doing to get things done now. It makes me love what I do even more, and it gives me more time to ride my motorcycle :-)
