Just wanted to share since the December release notes did not mention needing a Pro Pack license for this feature. If you are trying to enable this feature, you need at least one pro pack license account wide for it to work.

I would of taken a different route by disabling outbound calling from the phone numbers. This does not affect 911 or Zoom internal dialing. From phone system management, phone number, type in phone number, click on phone number, voice capability, unc...

Zoom Phone basic users should be able to receive a transferred call from another Zoom Phone user that has a calling license. The calling license is where all the additional functionality for participation in a CQ's, SMS, or AR's includes.

That's incorrect. Zoom is not monitoring each ATA device to verify if it's generating a fax tone vs plain jane audio for a voice call. I've used Cisco ATA's for POTS on desk phones no issue.
