Just wanted to share since the December release notes did not mention needing a Pro Pack license for this feature. If you are trying to enable this feature, you need at least one pro pack license account wide for it to work.

Yes, you can have up to (3) devices per user with one license. The license is applied to the user and allows up to (3) devices for that user. Some platforms go off a device license but Zoom does not work in that same manner.

Did you run the CleanZoom app as well? That will toss all configurations files that doing a typical uninstall won't. See link below. Read and understand that running this app will take out some of the plugins if you're using them.https://support.zoom...

All users that need to answer any sort of external calls (ex: Call Queue, Shared line, or SLG) are required to have a paid license (metered or unlimited).
