We have a couple of new users in the system that appear as their email address instead of their names in the Zoom app. (i.e. when calling and in phone history.) They appear to have been setup exactly like the other new users who don't have that issue. Is there someplace I'm missing that makes them appear that way

Another example, if I go to phone system management - users & rooms I see our full user list. I see one user that has their email address in the name column and right below them a user that has their name instead.
