We've have difficulty pulling the text transcriptions from Automatic phone call recordings. 

 

I've referred to this previous forum (https://community.zoom.com/t5/Phone-System/Zoom-phone-audio-transcripts-text-file/m-p/100072#M4914) and we've tried to access it through the API, but still only pulling the audio transcriptions.

 

Under our call logs, it shows that 'Admin has disabled this transcription' for our automatic calls but we've enabled every setting accessible to us to allow for text transcriptions. Is there a security setting we're missing?

 

Appreciate any guidance here.

Is it possible to limit recording access for specific users/departments/sites. I'll explain a bit further as I know I can create roles, but here is a scenario: User A at Site A has all their calls recording for auditing purposes. Someone who can can ... Show more

Is it possible to limit recording access for specific users/departments/sites.  I'll explain a bit further as I know I can create roles, but here is a scenario:

 

User A at Site A has all their calls recording for auditing purposes. Someone who can can review the calls for Site A sees the calls from User A as expected.

 

User B works at Site B in HR, and by default does not have their calls recorded.  When User A calls User B the call is still recorded because we record user A's calls.  Is there a way to prevent the auditor for Site A from listening to that call.  

 

We use to use DVS Analytics that allowed us to provide some logic to that calls were excluded.

Hi. I wanted to have a specific set of users to always have automatic call recording enabled. I thought that I could do this by creating a "Group" in Zoom, and setting the Automatic Call Recording option to "On", and then assigning users to it. When I did that, the calls were not recorded though. If however, I go into each user individually, and go under their "Policy" setting, I can enable it there and it works, but I'd prefer not to have to manage this setting for each individual user. Is there any other way to apply the automatic call recording setting to a group of users? or is their something I could me missing that's causing the group setting to not be applied? I've tried locking it, as well as disabling it and turning it back on again.

I am using Zoom Phone to handle phone and fax. I have noticed that automatic phone recordings do not appear in the desktop app, even though they do appear in the recording log. The same goes for faxes—sending and receiving faxes works, but received faxes only appear in the log, and my desktop app on my Mac says "No faxes received yet".

 

Is there something I have to do in order to sync my desktop app with the company's account? Is it a permissions problem?

I use a free account until I use zoom more. I set up a 30 minute meeting and checked a box to record the meeting. When the meeting started, it automatically started recording. I thought I'd be able to select start recording once the meeting started but that's OK. According to the forums and instructional tutorials, the recording goes to my computer on a free account, and I have to have a Windows version 4.0.25513.0228 or later. I have 10.0.26100 Build 26100. I've clicked on "meetings," and "recordings" to try to find it, and "computer" under recordings and it's nowhere. What am I doing wrong?
