Does anyone know of a way to hide the main site for the caller ID outbound for users except the site that they work at?

Hi there, Currently we only have the option of adding a IP address which means it can only be used for one tenancy. It also limits us as we cannot have redundancy n our SBC using a SRV address for instance.
I would like to request the ability to use a FQDN as a SBC in BYOC.

I am hoping you guys can help me. When i answer a zoom phone call, about 20 seconds into the call, the sound/mic will completely stop. This happens with internal and external calls. I have checked firewall settings, uninstalled/installed zoom and Jabra direct for my headset. I have also tried USB and Bluetooth headsets. Changed PCs. It has to be a zoom issues, but checking the call logs, the signal is not lost and all shows no problems. Everything is all up to date. All settings match on zoom and the pc settings. There is no pattern. 5 out of 6 calls will do this. Sometimes cut out at 20 seconds, other times I can be on the phone for 20 minutes and it will then cut out. An error message pops up saying Microphone has stopped working properly. I can then make another call straightaway while the error message is showing and it will work perfectly. Again could be 20 seconds, could be 20 minutes before it stops working. TIA

Hello everyone, I am needing some clarification (hopefully from a Zoom employee) here. I have a Common Area named "Break Room" and I am wanting to be able to assign that single Common Area on up to three different Poly CCX 505 phones. Is this somehow doable perhaps with a back end engineering change/request? When I try to assign the Break Room Common Area to more than one Poly CCX 505 currently, I receive the message of "This common area phone license is currently in use, continuing will log out the other device from the account." So, any feedback here would be immensely appreciated. Thanks!

Hello Everyone,
May I please inquire if there's an ongoing outage for zoom phone
Location Canada
Is there a way to return to a GENERAL voicemail box if routing to an operator with no answer? Right now it just dumps to the Operator's personal voicemail, but I would rather it return to a general voicemail box for access by multiple people. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I paid the US and canada Phone subscription today APR 30,2024 but my account still shows as basic. I cannot make or receive calls and I'm unable to reach technical support over the phone because BASIC (which is the plan my account still shows) does not support it. Does any one knows how to fix this issue?

We have two sales reps and overseas and we are able to call their zoom phone from our cell phones but they are not able to make outgoing calls using their zoom phone. Any assistance to get this set up correct would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, I am a Zoom admin for my company, and a user reported that a business partner's phone number is incorrectly labeled as SPAM. We currently have SPAM Protection >SPAM Marking Options set to Auto-Mark SPAM medium sensitivity. Can I manually mark this number as not SPAM? Thank you,
