Zoom Phone - One User, I want one phone number and no extension
Hi! I have a small business, I'll be counseling and it's only me. I have Zoom Workplace Business Pro, and I did this because I wanted my own phone line. However, it has assigned me an extension. When I set up, I think it said I could have it as a personal line, but I guess I didn't fully understand. Is there a way to go back and change this? I do not want to buy an additional line, I just want the phone number I originally bought with no extension.
