Hi, I am currently running the latest version of Zoom for Android, downloaded from Play Store, on 2 devices, a Samsung A10 and a Samsung A11, however I cannot set up any virtual background on them. Do these devices have any limitations?

Hi,
I have a Galaxy A8 and it appears to fulfill these requirements but the option of Virtual background is totally missing. Using the mobile app it is not working.
On my Thinkpad, using firefox, on the desktop it is not an issue.

I found myself taking various actions to get around some issues: in settings I re-enabled browser rather than stick with the app. This helped in one respect. It does appear more limiting in other ways while controls can change name, like Leave becomes Exit. I wont ask why.
